Rates and Terms
- No charge for an initial consultation or telephone advice
- $175 per hour for computer forensic and related investigative work
- $275 per hour for trial or deposition preparation, attendance, and testimony
- Work involving overnight travel outside the Puget Sound area is billed at 10 hour days plus travel expenses
- Retainer to be negotiated at the time of the engagement
